Children who are unwell after return from abroad can be referred by their GP to our uclh Paediatric ID/tropical clinic and will usually be seen within 2 weeks, however children with a fever after return to the tropics should be seen urgently in their local.

This service is for travellers who have returned from the tropics within the last six months who are acutely unwell with conditions such as fever, bloody diarrhoea or rash.
